Dr. Haresh Sawlani is a distinguished internal medicine specialist, and a proud founding member of Metropolitan Healthcare Partners. With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Dr. Sawlani has become a cornerstone in the field of Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the esteemed Mumbai University / Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences in 1992, finished his Internal Medicine training at Rush/Westlake hospital, Chicago, IL and was Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1996.

In his professional journey, Dr. Sawlani founded Central Primary Care, a medical practice with two locations in Chicago, rendering an array of services including family care, immediate care for injuries or illnesses, diagnostic/screening tests, workers’ compensation exams, and physical therapy. Dr. Sawlani is a USCIS licensed Civil Surgeon, certified to do immigration medical exams. His initiative underscores his commitment to offering accessible and well-rounded healthcare services to the community.

At Metropolitan Healthcare Partners, Dr. Sawlani’s collaborative spirit shines through. He is affiliated with numerous reputable medical facilities in the region including Ascension Resurrection, Community First Medical Center, and Gottlieb Memorial Hospital. He is the Medical Director of Elmwood Care Nursing Home in Elmwood Park, IL as well as Regency Nursing Home in Niles, IL. Dr. Sawlani is also the medical director of the Illinois Physicians Alliance. These affiliations depict his integrative approach and extensive network within the Chicago healthcare ecosystem.
